I’ve lost 6 pounds in three days. Probably more since then since the last time I checked was yesterday.
Dehydration is becoming a big problem, same with hypoglycemia. I’ve only been eating enough to keep the low blood sugar migraines at bay but it’s hard to manage when you refuse to keep food with you for fear of overeating.
I’m also losing my hair in little clumps already. That’s okay though, it’s an unfortunate but unavoidable result.
I’m going to document my weight loss in pictures to keep me motivated.
